• Gear and tackle certificate isued by corresponding entity
• or first class classification house.
• If vessel age is over 15 year, extra insurance on cargo due to vessel age,
• If any to be for owner's account, vessel to be max 20 years.

China : Total 6 shipments every 30 days from 1st shipment feb 1/15 of min/max 50,000/100,000 mt per each shipment of IRON ORE in chopt option 10% more less with foll tentative schedule

Rate shall be 4,500/mt - 5,000/mt for bulk iron ore per weather working day of twenty-for (24) hour by CQD in China

NOR At load port NOR to be tender by the Master to Charterers,
their agents or nominees during normal office hours, which
are from Monday to Friday from
08:00 hrs to 18:00 hes and Saturday
from 08:00 hrs to 13:00 hrs.

- All taxes/dues incl CNCA/FTS charges for owners' account

TRANSIT TIME TO ARRIVE PORT TO BE MAX 35 DAYS
